FORKLIFT RFID DETECTION SYSTEM 

In the noisy atmosphere of shop floor , work pressure and blind corners sometimes make Forklift a killing Machine. Flasher on Forklifts and other safety devices are not so effective as the FORKLIFT RFID DETECTION SYSTEM.  

Our Forklift RFID detection system does not help in only warning the pedestrians but also de-accelerate the forklift once it detects the anyone within the range of 5 meters.  

Salient Features of FORKLIFT RFID DETECTION SYSTEM 

1. TAG AND CARD DETECT UPTO 5 meter. 
2. RESPONSING TIME OF DEVICE 17 MICROSECOND IN 10 K/meter. 
3. TAG AND CARD DETECTING DISTANCE 4.5 TO 5 meter. 
4. TAG AND CARD DETECTING RESPONSE TIME 15 MICROSECOND. 
5. Stop the  Forklift befor 0.5 meter from the object. 

De-acceleration distance between 1 meter to 2 meters. 
 For activating the device persons working in the shop floor has to put RFID tag on his helmat or hang the card from his neck.
